What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultural resources monitor position at Sentinel Science Inc.?
Sentinel Science Inc is seeking dependable, responsible monitors to perform work in northern California. This is an on-call monitoring position although anticipated to be close to full time. Work may be up to 6 days per week/10 hours days. Overtime pay according to CA laws. Knowledge of California's prehistoric and historical archaeology is desired.
Applicants need BA or higher in Anthropology, Archeology, or a closely related field as well as some professional experience as a cultural monitor. Need to possess the ability to conduct field work for long hours, in possible inclement weather conditions and the ability to carry equipment and supplies. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and able to navigate to remote locations. Will need to be able to write monitoring reports in a professional manner.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
