What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biologist for construction monitoring and nesting bird surveys position at Sentinel Science Inc.?
Looking for biologists to perform nesting bird surveys, special status species surveys, rare plants surveys, construction monitoring, and waters monitoring. These projects are throughout the state of California. Workers will be assigned work as close to their home as possible. Wanting applicants with ability to identify a variety of birds, amphibians, small mammals, and species in field. Applicants will need some professional, volunteer, amateur, or academic experience in field bird identification and or nest finding.
Other beneficial experiences are conducting biological surveys, construction monitoring, waters monitoring/ delineation, experience with special status species, amphibian identification, rare plants surveys, and Desert Tortoise surveys.

Benefits include health, dental, and 401K with company match. We pay hourly wage with overtime as well as mileage and per diem for those required to stay in a hotel.
