About the opportunity:
We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to provide technical sourcing and functional support to our Talent Acquisition team. This role is intended to be a launching pad - think, Chief of Staff - and the ideal candidate has the required experience outlined below, and is ready to do whatever it takes to learn and develop their career.
This will be a demanding role, but it will also be the opportunity to acquire the skills needed to become a successful full-cycle recruiter.
Ideally, you are local to Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA, or willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sourcing support for all recruiters, with an emphasis on Engineering, Data Science, and Product
- Own coordination across all of SentiLink’s open jobs, including prepping the interviewers and collecting feedback
- Become SentiLink’s resident expert for our ATS (Ashby) and be the point of contact as needed for key stakeholders, including Management team and Hiring Managers
- Partner with Head of People and Head of Talent Acquisition, as needed, for ad hoc projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve the interviewing and hiring processes
Requirements:
- 2 years as a Technical Sourcer, preferably at a high-growth startup or as a solo Sourcer
- 1 years of experience sourcing for Engineering roles, preferably full stack and backend positions
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Ashby (or Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem preferred
- Reliable and responsive with impeccable follow through
- High level of commitment and voracious appetite for career growth
- Sets a high bar of excellence for themselves and those they work with
- Local to Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA, or available to travel to these locations on a regular basis
Salary Range:
$80,000/year - $110,000/year benefits equity
