Senterra LLC is a private family office, which has been involved in a wide range of acquisition, investment, and development activities throughout its history. Our geographically diverse portfolio includes luxury automotive dealerships, online technology, quick service industry, office, multifamily, industrial/flex office, self-storage, high-end residential, and multiple operating companies.
The Senior Tax Accountant will work under the direction of the Tax Director in serving as an advisor to the Senterra Family Office on strategic, operational, and financial matters.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited college or university
- Active CPA required
- 5 years of progressive public accounting or tax preparation experience
- Strong experience in the review of tax returns for wealthy family members and their trusts, investment entities, and private businesses
- Exceptional C-suite service skills
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Tableau, and tax preparation software preferred
SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of internal work papers for the Senterra family of companies.
- Review to ensure accuracy and completeness of internally prepared PBC documents before submission to outside CPA firms and tax returns prepared by outside CPA firms.
- Assist the Tax Director with updates to the Master Projection model and prepare additional supplemental schedules, as needed.
- Review year-end tax statements and reconcile to the general ledger.
- Assist/Prepare schedules for quarterly tax distributions to facilitate quarterly tax deposits.
- Participate and contribute to the planning, development, acquisition, and disposition activities of the organization in furtherance and support of the long-term strategic position of the family office.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
- Assist with federal and state tax audits.
