Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Position Location: This position is remote within our remote states within person preference.
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or education required.
- 5 years leadership experience required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s degree preferred.
Expectations for this Role:
Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Director, Change Management to play a crucial role in creating and implementing system-wide strategies to optimize the success of change initiatives at Sentara, ensuring smooth transitions, establishing a feedback loop with key stakeholder groups, and minimizing resistance to change.
