Sentara Leigh Hospital is currently hiring a Radiologic Technologist!
** This position qualifies for a Sign On Bonus from $15-20K**
Shift/Hours: Multiple openings- Full time with Day Shifts, Rotating and Evenings
Position Details and Requirements:
Conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients, within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, to include positioning of patient for demonstration of correct anatomy/pathology, operation of radiation producing equipment, operation of the electronic Radiology systems and preparation of patient room/equipment/medications. Phlebotomy competency for lab may be required for certain sites that do both Radiology and Lab.
Required Education:
Trade School Graduate - Radiology technology
Licenses and Certifications:
Required: Amer Reg of Radiologic Tech, Basic Life Support
Other:
Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must obtain ARRT registry within 180 days of hire.
