Schedule: Rotating Shift (based on Operating Room schedule)
About the Role
The Operating Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that surgical operations run smoothly and safely. This position supports the perioperative team by maintaining a clean and organized surgical environment, transporting patients, preparing operating rooms before and after procedures, and assisting with the delivery and setup of surgical equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and clean operating rooms before and after surgical procedures
Transport patients safely to and from the operating room as directed
Assist with moving and positioning patients as needed under the supervision of clinical staff
Deliver and stock sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for upcoming procedures
Maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital safety protocols
Collaborate closely with surgical and nursing staff to support smooth workflow and timely procedures
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous hospital or surgical support experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and transport patients and equipment safely
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
