Sentara Obici Hopsital is hiring a Guest Relations Representative

Part Time 32 hour per week - 8 hour night shifts.

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

This position is in our Emergency Department

Education

• HS Diploma or Equivalent - Required

Certification/Licensure

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

• One year of customer service experience - Preferred
