Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join our growing team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, a community-based hospital located in the heart of beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. We are looking for a collegial, motivated physician with strong clinical and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. This hospital-based role features a 7-on/7-off schedule with no outpatient responsibilities, offering outstanding work-life balance in one of the most scenic and vibrant communities in the region.

Elective colonoscopies performed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
ERCP and/or EUS not required but welcome
Strong internal referral network with rapid ramp-up and dedicated marketing support
Epic electronic medical record system
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $610,000/year plus wRVU productivity bonuses
Quality Incentive Bonus: Up to $24,500/year
