The Director, Nursing & Patient Care Services is responsible for the coordination of the delivery of high-quality services which meets or exceeds customer expectations. Coordinates the development, marketing, and strategic planning of new and existing services across multiple hospitals. Contributes to the success of the organization through achievement of system, hospital and divisional goals. Sets the vision and culture, builds ownership and process improvement for sustainable value-added services. Provides leadership and administers fiscal, corporate and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire. This role will have oversite of Critical Care & Stepdown nursing units.
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required)
Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
5 years Healthcare Leadership (Required)
5 years Clinical Leadership (Required)
Certification/Licensure
Active RN license in state of practice or compact/multi state license (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
