A Dietary Supervisor is responsible for patient meal service food on assigned units, e.g., menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery, check back on patient ( /-) every five rooms, special requests, needs, and preferences, and in between meal food delivery. Responsible for Patient Satisfaction on assigned units.
