Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is Sentara Health's flagship academic medical center and a 525-bed tertiary care hospital located in Norfolk, Virginia. The CFO provides leadership through financial analysis, management and decision support to assigned areas. Collaborates as a business partner with hospital administrators and Corporate VPs on strategic and operational planning, revenue and cost optimization, as well as other corporate driven initiatives. As an essential member of Division’s Senior Leadership Team, provides management input to improve/maintain performance of Sentara within the hospital and assigned system areas.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of Leadership experience required.
