Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) with at least 5 years of experience to join Sentara Family Medicine at our Chesapeake Square location in Chesapeake, VA. The culture of this practice is built on the premise that operational efficiency directly empowers clinical excellence.
Position Highlights:
- Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm
- Option for 4-day workweek
- Average of 14 - 16 patients daily
- No call

Minimum Requirements:
- Active NP or PA
- Minimum Master’s Degree Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an active APP

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
