Sentara Medical Group is seeking a motivated and compassionate inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Gastroenterology Clinic in Port Warwick, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a specialized team dedicated to improving patients’ lives through high-quality, collaborative care — all while enjoying a vibrant community with plenty to offer.
About the Position
100% Inpatient Role.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Key responsibilities: Bridge between the hospital and clinic, get patients the appropriate care after hospitalization. Consultative only service, consults and rounding in the hospital, facilatation of patients to the office for follow up.
Collaborative Environment – 3 MDs, 2 APPs
Volume – 10 patients a day
EMR: Epic; prior GI experience a huge plus!
