Supervisor, Maintenance
To plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, H.V.A.C., mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in a safe working condition.
The Supervisor, Maintenance is responsible for administering labor and material controls, for training of maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management practices. Contribute to the success of the operating center through effective work coordination, management of resources and participation in goal accomplishment.
All licenses, certifications or registrations must be maintained in area of specialty
This position is on -site, Sentara Park (Virginia Beach/Norfolk)

Education
- Associate Level Degree
- Virginia or North Carolina Drivers License in good standing (no excessive points)
- Previous Project management Experience required
- 4 years previous related experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
