Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Supervisor of the Catheterization, Vascular Lab. This is a full Time, Day shift in Suffolk, VA!
Hours: Monday-Friday 0700-1530 or 07:30-1600 hours may vary depending on leadership obligations.
Infrequent On call, primarily for emergency. No scheduled/required rotation. NO Weekends, No Holidays!
Supervisor for the Cardiovascular and Vascular Lab, responsible for overseeing daily procedures, staff management, and operational excellence. The role involves supervising approximately 20 direct reports, including RCIS, CVTs, and RTs, in a dynamic procedural environment with an average of 10-12 procedures per day.
The Supervisor of the Catheterization, Vascular Lab is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cardiac and vascular catheterization labs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves supervising and managing a team of clinical and technical staff, including registered nurses, technologists, and support personnel. The supervisor will ensure that all procedures are conducted according to established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- RCIS highly preferred
- RN Licensure highly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cath/vascular/procedural areas
- Leadership or supervisory experience for at least 2 years preferred
- Background in IR/Cath and Angio preferred
- Procedural experience preferred
