Oversee daily operations of the guest services team to ensure high-quality service. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor and analyze guest service metrics to identify areas for improvement. Organize and lead team meetings to discuss goals and performance. Maintain knowledge of services to assist guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Education
- High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License - Certification - Other/National (Required)
- 5 years of Customer Service Experience (Required)
- Strong Administrative/Clerical Experience (Preferred)
- Confident Leadership Experience (Preferred)
