Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering treatments. RNs also offer compassionate support and education to patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress, make clinical decisions, and drive optimal outcomes—all with a strong focus on patient safety, quality, and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State RN License in good standing
- BLS Certification (within 90 days of hire)
- Previous Acute Care experience preferred
