Experience with Salesforce—particularly Health Cloud build—and familiarity with Sentara IT procedures and SHP business processes are strongly preferred.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Required).
- No specific certification or licensure requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare operations and consumer experience.
- Proven experience leading product development, enhancement, and launch initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, market landscape, technology impacts, and emerging opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with IT, operations, clinical, and vendor teams to deliver product solutions.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communications, timelines, and day-to-day product execution.
- Strongly preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Health Cloud build.
- Familiarity with Sentara IT procedures and SHP business processes.
