Education
- Bachelors Degree (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Doctorate Degree
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- Valid license required in state of practice.
- Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
- Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
- Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
- Productive and efficient in daily operations.
- Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
- Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
