Day Hospitalist
- Flex role
- Admissions: Rotational and evenly distributed amongst all providers; Dedicated APP and Physician admitter/swing support
- No procedures required
- ICU Model: Open with critical care support in person 7a-7p, eICU remote support from 7p-7a
- Vent management support by critical care team
- Patient Census: Average Daily Census 16
- APP Support: Yes, dedicated APP for PASS Clinic and Ortho Patients, Dedicated Observation APP, Dedicated daytime and swing admitting APPs, and Dedicated night/floor call APP
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible (IM or FM), Certification must be obtained within 5 years of eligibility
- Eligible for licensure and credentialing in Virginia
