Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Part-Time Guest Relations Representative Two 8 hour evening shifts 3:00PM - 11:30PM. Additional shifts may be available!
The Guest Relations Repres entative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Responsibilities include patient registration, and escorting patients and guest to their destination. Assist patients and visitors with badges. Outstanding, compassionate customer service is a must. This position is in our Emergency Department.
Education
- HS Diploma or Equivalent GED (Required)
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- At least one year of face-to-face customer service (Required)
