Responsible for management and development of the physician volume growth plan for Sentara Healthcare. Overall responsibility for increasing patient volume growth to SHC facilities and services from community physicians by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with those physicians and their practices. Accountable for growing volume and market share, and fulfilling the organization's mission. Responsible for leading and developing the physician liaison team.
