Job Description
The AI Engineer designs, builds, and operationalizes production-grade intelligent services that automate document understanding, power semantic/retrieval-enhanced search, enable conversational/agentic experiences, and integrate AI outcomes into core business systems. Working with product managers, data scientists, DevOps, and SMEs, the engineer helps translate use cases into working, scalable AI systems.
As an AI Engineer, you will own the full lifecycle from architecting secure, compliant solutions to deploying and scaling them in production. You will work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, multi-agent orchestration, and API integrations for EHR, CRM, and member portals all while solving complex problems, ensure HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices.

Education
- Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, math, or related technical field. (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate or related (Preferred)
- 3 years in software or data engineering (Required)
- 1 year applying ML/AI in production - model training, deployment, or integration into applications or equivalent experience—open-source contributions, startup work, intensive bootcamps, or research. (Required)
