Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Health, is recruiting a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the team at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. Sentara Careplex Hospital is a 224-bed, full-service, technologically advanced acute care hospital offering high-quality, patient-centered care to Hampton and surrounding communities. The hospital is known for its exceptional emergency services and growing surgical services with over 6,300 cases annually.
Position Highlights:
Annual Compensation: $522,000 with shift-based compensation model, offering excellent earning potential.
Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually based on performance.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000.
Call Schedule: 1:7 with in-house CRNAs, day after call off
10 weeks of vacation annually
Care Team Model: Collaborative environment with a team of physicians and CRNAs.

Paid Malpractice and Tail Insurance.
CME Allowance: $7,500 annually.
