Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to join Sentara Martha Jefferson’s dynamic and growing Urology practice in Charlottesville, Virginia. Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; No evenings or weekends
- Be part of a well-established team of 2 physicians and 1 APP
- Inpatient responsibilities include hospital rounding, consults, discharges, and occasional time in the OR
- Outpatient duties involve managing follow-up visits, pre- and post-operative evaluations, catheter care, and reviewing labs, biopsies, and imaging; bladder scans and more
- Perform a variety of procedures such as Foley insertions, uroflow/urodynamics, cystoscopies, and vasectomies
- Maintain an independent patient panel of approximately 12–15 patients per day
- No call requirements at this time
