Sentara Medical Group - Internal Medicine Residency Clinic– Prince William, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of a warm, collegial outpatient team serving an adult patient population. This 100% outpatient role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call, no weekends, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician in a supportive residency clinic environment. Position Highlights:
- Flexibility within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)
- Average 25 patients/day
- Small, growing practice where team members truly support one another
- No call, no weekends – office is closed Saturday and Sunday

- Active NP or PA
- Minimum master’s degree required
- 2-5 years’ experience working in outpatient primary care
