Education
- High School or GED REQUIRED
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- 1 year of successful customer service experience REQUIRED
- 1 year of previous medical experience PREFERRED
- Medical Terminology knowledge a plus
- The successful candidate will have a above-average desire to provide excellent customer service
