Job Overview
Sensory Island is a non-profit organization focusing on providing services to all aged children in a new state of the art Sensory Gym located at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY. We are seeking an energetic Program Manager to lead program initiatives that drive organizational success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering value through effective program development and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs by coordinating project teams and resources.
- Oversee all staff members and assign duties.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts to ensure quality standards, cost control, and timely delivery of services or products.
- Schedule all staff members including preschool, aides, teacher assistants, healthcare staff, etc.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelors degree in health related field, education, business.
- CPR certified preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
