- Longer, relationship-based visits (not high-volume rushing)
- Advanced services and testing(RightEye, BTracks, decompression, laser)

- Full-Time: 35 hours/week
- Hours: Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
This is a hybrid position combining:
- 80% Front Desk / Operations
- 20% Clinical Support
You are the engine of the office ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for every patient.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
- Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits
- Educate patients on services, pricing, and membership plans
- Collect payments and manage account balances
- Deliver a warm, consistent, and professional patient experience
- Manage patient records using ChiroTouch (EHR)
- Verify and process intake paperwork (digital in-office)
- Maintain accurate documentation and organization
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and running efficiently
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms
- Maintain safety protocols and equipment standards
- Guide new patients through their first visit
- Provide office tours and set expectations
- Ensure all paperwork, imaging, and documentation are complete
- Help create a smooth, comfortable, and professional first impression
As part of our mission to improve the health of our community, this role also supports basic marketing and outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities may include:
- Encouraging and guiding patients to leave Google reviews
- Supporting referral conversations and patient retention efforts
- Assisting with in-office promotions and educational materials
- Helping capture simple photo/video content for social media (when appropriate)
- Supporting occasional community events and outreach (health events, local sponsorships, etc.)
- Maintaining consistency in messaging that reflects our brand and patient experience
