Deans Services is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage outbound and inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and confidently close sales.

What You'll Do
You will handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers in a professional and timely manner. You’ll promote and sell Deans Services by identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key focus of this role. You’ll maintain accurate customer records, update information after each interaction, and follow up with leads to secure new business. Providing exceptional customer service and participating in ongoing training to strengthen your sales skills will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
What You'll Get
You'll earn between $14 - $15 per hour, plus a 7% commission-based percentage on sales. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn additional monthly incentive. Approximant annual earnings of $63,800. This is a Monday through Friday position, allowing you to enjoy your weekends off.
