Position Overview:

The Production Operator is responsible for performing routine manufacturing tasks in a safe and efficient manner. This entry-level role focuses on basic assembly, packaging, and equipment operation, with an emphasis on following standardized procedures and maintaining product quality. Key Responsibilities:

Assembly

• Assemble components according to work instructions.
• Use a variety of bonding materials, hand, and soldering tools to assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure all components are installed correctly and secured

Quality

• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Communicate issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Accurately complete required production documentation and reports

Safety

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote efficiency and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and not afraid to ask questions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and precise assembly work.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. regularly.

Additional Requirements:

• Teamwork, attention to detail, and punctuality.
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work overtime as needed.

Work Schedule:

• Hourly position
• 40-hour work week
• 8-hour shift, longer hours when needed
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
