Job Description:
Position Title: Node JS Developer
Location: Sunrise, FL
Position: Onsite
Long term contract
- Must have 8 years of experience with strong hands-on knowledge on the skills (highlighted)
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such as Factify or Express.
- Proven ability in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architectures.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines specifically using GitHub Actions and Workflows.
- Solid experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions.
- In-depth understanding of REST API design principles and best practices.
- Strong grasp of backend security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Knowledge of observability, telemetry, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Open Telemetry, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience in building and scaling platform-level systems — including API gateways, rate limiting, and service orchestration.
- Understanding of AI platform concepts like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience working in environments focused on developer productivity and internal platform development.
