- 2 years HVAC or Insulation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Detail-oriented and team-oriented
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and ServiceTitan
Physical Requirements
- Work indoors/outdoors, attics, crawl spaces, rooftops.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Climb ladders and work at heights.
- Stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in varying weather.
