We are seeking a Order Management Specialist to support our Sales/Customer Service department. They will generate and maintain customer information and shipping products.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Order Management Specialist to support our Sales/Customer Service department. They will generate and maintain customer information and shipping products.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain customer master information
- Enter customer purchase orders; generate shop order picking tickets for material and production
- Maintain and schedule finished goods in stock to be shipped to ensure on-time delivery
- Process return material paperwork and issue credits
- Process customer change orders in the systems and distribute accordingly
- Prepare necessary documents for domestic and international shipments in compliance with U.S. export laws
- Generate shipping waybills using FedEx, UPS, or DHL software/websites
- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Generate and distribute monthly booking and invoicing reports for outside sales representatives
- Generate daily bookings report and shipping log
- Maintain and update the BBB log daily
- Maintain customer purchase order files (filing/scanning)
- Perform other miscellaneous duties and special assigned as required
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years in an Administrative Support role; preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
