Location: Lanesborough, MA / Pittsfield,MA/ Berkshire County
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are a local, growing HVAC company in Berkshire County looking for a reliable HVAC technician with hands-on experience. You don't need to be a master tech, but you must know the basics, be comfortable in the field, and willing to learn as with HVAC there is always newer better equipment being released. We like for our work to look just as good as it functions So it's critical for things to be maintained in an organized and tidy fashion. Organization and cleanliness is very important to our company.
What We're Looking For
- Practical HVAC experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- Understanding of basic heating and cooling systems
- Ability to diagnose common issues and perform standard repairs
- Familiarity with:
- Furnaces & boilers
- AC systems & heat pumps
- Basic electrical and controls
- EPA certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and respectful with customers
