Sensational Kids is a locally owned, community-focused outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow to join our growing team. Job Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and communication disorders in an outpatient pediatric setting. Responsibilities

  • The Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) will evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and communication disorders in an outpatient pediatric setting.
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments
  • Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support patient outcomes
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language pathology

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
  • Pediatric outpatient experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time compensation structure includes a base salary with commission and incentives, with total earnings starting at $80,000 annually
  • $5000 SIGN ON BONUS
