Responsibilities
- The Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) will evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and communication disorders in an outpatient pediatric setting.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments
- Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
- Collaborate with colleagues to support patient outcomes
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Pediatric outpatient experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time compensation structure includes a base salary with commission and incentives, with total earnings starting at $80,000 annually
