Community Development for All People (CD4AP) is looking for energetic, motivated college students (or recent grads) who want to work directly with kids, grow their skills, and make an impact on Columbus’ South Side. This is a part-time, paid opportunity ($16/hour) that aligns well with a college schedule and offers hands-on experience in education, youth development, and community service.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with and mentor elementary students in after-school activities.
- Plan for and lead engaging activities that support academic and social-emotional growth.
- Build relationships with teachers, families, and community partners.
- Plan for and run special events for kids and their families.
- Be part of a fun, supportive team of staff and volunteers.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with kids (experience in camps, babysitting, tutoring, mentoring, or youth programs is a plus!).
- Current college student or recent grad (education, psychology, social work, child development, health sciences, or related fields).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn.
- Bonus points if you’re bilingual (Spanish/English), CPR/First Aid certified, or have experience in after-school or nonprofit settings.

- Pay: starting at $16/hr.
- Schedule: M–F, 2:30–6:30pm (20–24 hours/week)
- Location: Lincoln Park Elementary (579 E. Markison Ave.) or Siebert Elementary (385 Reinhard Ave.), Columbus, OH
- Dates: Fall 2025 through the 2025/26 school year
