Position Summary
Senox is looking for a Credit Analyst to process credit applications, verify credit references to determine credit limits, and perform other credit-related functions. The Credit Analyst will advise on whether to extend credit and prepare reports on the status of credit and collections.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review all credit documentation
- Recommend and/or set credit limits on new accounts
- Responsible for integrity and organization of all customer account-related data inside Epicor.
- Troubleshoot issues related to customer accounts
- Tax Liability and Tax Types – creating and maintaining
- NSF Checks and Credit Disputes
- Collections requests and monitoring
- Approval/Denial of tax-exempt customers
- Policy and procedure development
- Preparing monthly reports
- Year-end write offs
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration is a plus
- 2-4 years’ experience in financial analysis, banking, or credit management
- Understanding of economic principles, lending laws, credit scoring models, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Docstar
- Experience in Epicor is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
