Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residents during assigned shifts

- De-escalate behaviors using approved techniques and program policies
- Provide transportation to appointments, school, and activities as needed
- Complete required documentation, incident reports, and progress notes
- Communicate effectively with team members and program leadership

Qualifications
Med Tech / Direct Care Professional
- High school diploma or GED required (1) year Experience in childcare, youth services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred Willingness to learn and follow structured programming Med Tech experience preferred (will be verified)
Requirements for All Positions
- Must pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain Ability to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism
- CPI card preferred
Shift Hours
Monday – Friday
- 1st Shift: 8am - 2pm
- 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm
- 3rd Shift: 10am – 8am
Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- 11am - 11pm
- 11pm - 11am
