Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Some overtime available on Fridays (40 hours). Shift Differential: $1.50/hour. Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly.

Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions. Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality. Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time. Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills. Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

1 year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.

Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively. Willingness to learn and cross-train. Good communication and teamwork skills. Like working with your hands and staying active. Show up reliably and take ownership of your work. Learn quickly and ask questions. Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
