Overview

We are searching for an experienced General Laborers at our Woodbury, Minnesota facility.

HMF Express is seeking proactive, reliable, and motivated General Laborers to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality door frames. The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks, including building, packaging, cutting, and assembly, ensuring that our products meet industry standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.
• Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.
• Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools.
• Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly.
• Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately.
• Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.
