Are you a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join The Senna House Hotel Scottsdale Team? Our The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our boutique upscale hotel stays well maintained, that all preventative maintenance is done at the highest levels and that you respond to guest and employee needs at the upmost professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications.
- Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain high voltage systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff regarding equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Assist in technical sales efforts by providing insights into equipment capabilities and maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Trade school graduate is a plus
- A commitment to safety standards and practices in all maintenance activities.
