Front Desk Agent - Senna House Scottsdale

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries they may have during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all phone systems are functioning properly.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with billing inquiries and provide accurate information regarding charges.
• Have flexible schedule and must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Demonstrate our warm hospitality to our guests and have a proactive mindset.

Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems is advantageous.
• Be able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
