Job Summary

SENNA Makeup & Brow Studio, a pro makeup artistry studio created by celebrity makeup artist and pro artistry educator, Eugenia Weston, specializes in makeup design, eyebrow shaping, color cosmetics and skin care. We have opportunities to fill full and part time positions for one who is looking to learn and grow in the beauty and personal care industry. We are looking for a candidate that is ultra-passionate about makeup artistry services, product sales, and loves working with people. As a SENNA team member, you will build a successful and loyal clientele and serve our current SENNA customers.

As a Makeup & Brow Artist you will…

· Be passionate about makeup artistry, beauty services, and selling high quality makeup, brow, and skincare products.

·Perform professional artistry and esthetic services: makeup lessons, makeup applications, brow shaping, brow tints, lash applications, brow laminations, lash lifts, lash tints, facial threading, facial waxing, and custom blend foundation.

· Demonstrate, educate, and sell SENNA Cosmetics products to clientele.

· Achieve SENNA monthly individual service and product sales goals.

· Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

· Ensure all SENNA high service standards are adhered to including abiding by sanitation, disinfection and COVID-19 standards as required by state and local authorities.

· Be a team player with a motivated, high energy, positive attitude.

· Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain consistent, reliable attendance record.

· Use company phone and appointment system to book and confirm service appointments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience Required:

· California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology issued license for cosmetologist or esthetician required.

· Extensive experience in makeup and brow artistry and must be able to perform professional artistry and esthetic services: makeup lessons, makeup applications, brow shaping, brow tints, brow laminations, lash applications, lash lifts, lash tints, facial threading, facial waxing, and custom blend foundation.

· Ability to demonstrate and sell product in retail sales.

· Clear communication skills.

· A passion for building and maintaining a loyal clientele.

· A dedicated service orientation with customers and team members.

· A self-starter and team player.

· A desire to excel and grow.

Benefits:
Compensation: hourly and gratuity. Benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, paid time-off. All makeup, skin care, salon supplies and PPE provided by company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour

Extensive health and safety protocols as required by the Board of Barbering & Cosmetology and studio protocols and procedures in accordance with all state and county guidelines for operating during COVID-19 pandemic.

License/Certification:
