This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Manufacturing Consultant. The Manufacturing Consultant will work on improving manufacturing processes, optimizing supply chains, and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategies. Daily responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to identify process efficiencies, analyzing operational data, and developing actionable solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. The role also includes hands-on involvement in executing and evaluating process improvements.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, with a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Experience in Manufacturing processes, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Practical expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including setup, configuration, and utilization for operational enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques or Six Sigma certifications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
