Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting & Finance Manager for a full-time, hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will manage monthly close processes, analyze financial performance, support forecasting and strategic planning, and ensure alignment with both U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting requirements. The position also serves as a key liaison between U.S. operations and overseas headquarters, providing financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations
- Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin required
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products industries preferred
- Ability to manage cross-border financial coordination and work with global teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
