We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Assistant Manager to join our team. This role begins with hands-on experience as a Caregiver, allowing you to fully understand daily operations, resident care standards, and team dynamics before transitioning into a leadership position.
As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. This foundational experience is essential in preparing you for the Assistant Manager role.
As you grow into the Assistant Manager position, your responsibilities will include supporting daily operations, assisting with staff supervision, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with all care standards and regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive environment for both residents and staff while supporting the overall success of the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents (ADLs, companionship, safety)
- Assist with medication reminders and daily routines
- Support staff training and onboarding
- Help manage schedules and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with policies and quality care standards
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
