Our Mission
When our founder's mother developed dementia, he decided to have caregivers take care of mom at home. After several challenging experiences he found a great relationship with a caregiver and his mom. Our agency owner established Seniors Helping Seniors to provide compassionate in home care from caregivers who understand that caring for those most in need in our community lifts a huge burden. Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care services provides our seniors with the ability to choose an independent lifestyle in their own homes, for as long as possible, with the dignity and respect they deserve. We do this by matching them with loving, caring and compassionate active mature caregivers to provide their needed services.
Our Ideal Candidate

Job Responsibilities
Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation
Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments
Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care
Requirements
Treat clients with dignity and respect
Weekend availability (If applicable)
Effective communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (If applicable)
Compliance with State of Arizona regulations, DMV check, and drug screening.
