Job Overview

We are hiring dependable caregivers to provide in-home senior care, companionship, and personal assistance to older adults in the Johnson City area and nearby communities.

This role is a great fit if you are looking for:

• Flexible, part-time or full-time work close to home

• A second career or retirement income

• Entry-level caregiving (no certification required)

• Meaningful work helping seniors remain independent

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive pay: $13–$15 per hour

• Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends available)

• Part-time and full-time opportunities

• Minimum 3-hour shifts (no short visits)

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide / Companion, you will provide:

• Companion care and social interaction

• Light housekeeping and home safety support

• Meal preparation and assistance with daily routines

• Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing assistance)

• Medication reminders

• Dementia and Alzheimer’s support (training provided)

Caregiver Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Pass a background check

• Be dependable, patient, and compassionate

• Be able to work independently in a client’s home

• Be able to assist with light lifting and mobility support

• Communicate clearly in English for client safety and care coordination

Preferred (Not Required) Experience

• Caregiving for a family member or loved one

• Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), PCA, or companion

• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care
